Beautiful and cozy house with fireplace.
A very beautiful and cozy Norwegian style house with a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Very pleasant hosts, who are easy to contact. The house is located close to the Hemsedal resort. It is possible to stay with a dog. There is no charge for it.

An Unforgettable Stay at Hemsedal Mountain Retreat Our stay at the Hemsedal Mountain Retreat was just amazing! This stunning traditional-style house, just 4 minutes from the heart of Hemsedal, offered breathtaking views over a peaceful field (including a fantastic view for the northern lights) and provided the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity. Traveling with two families, we were thrilled by how spacious and thoughtfully equipped the house was with a full equipped kitchen, Bose sound system, very good wifi and various movie channels. Most importantly though, the Ohlsen family went above and beyond to make it feel like a true home. From the warm, welcoming atmosphere with treats waiting for us, to the heated-up house and early access, they made everything effortless. Their kindness and quick responses to all our questions made the experience exceptional. This retreat was a dream! The picturesque surroundings, cozy interiors, and thoughtful touches made it a place we didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a magical getaway in Hemsedal, this is it—we’re already planning our return!
