🏡✨ ¡Un alojamiento excepcional en Fenghuang! Excelente ubicación, servicio atento y una relación ca
Viajamos en familia y quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en Hemu House. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Puente Hongqiao, el Palacio Wanshou y la Pagoda Wanming. Es muy cómodo visitar los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad antigua sin tener que caminar largas distancias ni utilizar transporte constantemente. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, la cama era muy cómoda y la ropa de cama, suave y agradable. El ambiente general era acogedor y tranquilo. El personal fue muy amable y atento, nos ayudó con las indicaciones para visitar la ciudad y resolvió nuestras dudas con mucha disposición. Además, nos ayudaron a reservar las entradas para un espectáculo nocturno muy interesante y para un paseo en barco por el río Tuojiang. Los precios fueron económicos y todo resultó muy cómodo y sin complicaciones. El hotel también puede organizar un servicio de recogida en la estación de Fenghuang, lo que facilita mucho la llegada. En general, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Una ubicación práctica, un ambiente confortable y un servicio atento hacen de este alojamiento una opción ideal para quienes desean disfrutar de Fenghuang con tranquilidad. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente! Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Fenghuang. 🌉❤️

Very near to the tourist spot i.e. riverside and food.
Hair dryer air is not strong enough and took a long time to dry. Tap faucet is flimsy, no hand wash. There’s spider web and wall is slightly dirty. Noisy as our rooms are on ground floor where people walk past. Signage shows no smoking but guests freely smoke inside.

Nice and quiet
The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very good, close to the river but on a quiet street, the riverside is full of bars with loud music and crowds and from this hotel you couldn’t really hear a thing. The personal was very kind and patient, he helped us with the indications for the train we needed to take to our next destination and was always careful.
The rooms were clean but the bathroom a little dusty. Anyway, for the price was ok. I’ve read some comments about the nasty smell on the street, and unfortunately there must be a problem with the sewer network on the area bc the whole street had a strong smell.
