    This was the perfect rental and I hope to bookm again next year!

    Spacious and location!

    I would hope the entire cleaning fee and more goes directly to the cleaners from the owners of the property.

    Poor

    We were in town for a wedding and requested an early check in to get ready. We were not allowed it due to a “miscommunication “ with the prior guest regarding their check out time and were advised that there was a public shower nearby to get ready.. I did not pay $600 for a one night stay to get ready in a public shower. We had to get ready in our car.. the request for an early check in about a week before the date through booking.com and per prior emails from them the request was sent to the property and no response was received. I called the property directly and was told they would contact the property manager and ask to have it prioritized for cleaning and I put my card on for the 73 extra charge to get early check in. I was texted the day of and said it would not be ready prior to 2 pm which I would have been ok with as the ceremony was at 4. It was not ready and we could not check in until after the ceremony. I talked to someone after the trip and was told that unfortunately there was basically nothing that could be done. Please note our check out time was 11 am .. so if the prior guests had the same check out time that they should have followed and it should have been followed up since the request was in then the situation should not have happened. We arrived to the property at 2 pm and the cleaning lady had just gotten there. The property is staying that an early check in was not guaranteed . This was a huge inconvenience and made our trip and family function bless than stellar.
