    Relaxing stay close to the airport. The onsen has nice views. Rooms are business hotel like.

    From the Onsen you have a beautiful view of Osaka Bay and Kansai Airport. There is also a sauna and a cold water bath.

    The amenities are barebones especially in the onsen. You better bring your own.

    Looked good on the website but would opt for another hotel next time

    In and outdoors Onsen were big. Location is close to airport - 10mins in a taxi

    Self serve reception, with one of two terminals broken - not good when arriving late. No staff to talk too to understand how to make use of facilities - not ideal when tired and it's late. Restaurant closed at 9:30 which meant to couldn't eat, there was a cafe but the food was the worst I had eaten in Japan. Plug sockets by the bed didn't work. Instructions for the Onsen are confusing. Walk from train station to hotel is longer than I expected, reliant on using good maps too... again when's it late and raining this isn't ideal...
