    Art Deco Beauty in Double Bay

    Perfect Art Deco Gem. If you love period architecture with modern conveniences in a perfect upscale neighborhood close to the Sydney CBD then this is the BEST place for you. The unit was comfortable and QUIET depite being on a VERY busy street, it was nice and quiet. The bathrooms were updated and nice and the kitchen was well appointment. I especially loved the touches of organic toilitries and shower gel.

    The ONLY issue was the stairs down into the building. This would be a very difficult stay with a pram or someone with limited mobility. Also, we found ubers/taxis unable to pick us up in front of the building and would have to walk down the block a ways to get picked up.

    I’ll select another place for the money they’re asking.

    Good layout, comfortable beds.

    Flickering lights in all rooms. Poor lighting in all rooms that was impossible to read by. Found last guests dirty dishes still in the washing machine unclean.
