Dirty. Unless a thorough deep clean is undertaken, would not recommend.
Location is good, the cottage is cute and beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately the property was filthy and ruined our summer seeing family. Even after cleaning, it was still incredibly dirty. It desperately needs a deep clean which the management company seem unable to provide. I also found it difficult to get the keys as I didn't realise they would only message in the app and not send an email.

Central location, about 10 mins walk into centre of Helensburgh. And quiet area.
Wasn't clear re. what bin to use when we had bagged up our rubbish. There wasn't a bin fitting the description in the information, "grey with a sticker".

By road, so it’s convenient. Nice location.
More garbage bags. We had to purchase more since we are staying for more than 2 days. Property may also need to check the toilet, the flush is very slow.

Lovely Helensburgh Stay!
Lovely cottage, clean and nicely decorated. Stayed here for a family wedding at The Civic Centre and it was very convenient. Would happily recommend to others!

Comfortable and convenient.
The cottage had a nice layout and was in a convenient location for travelling to Loch Lomond during the day and then walking into Helensburgh in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had a lot of natural light.
Unfortunately this property was really let down by the cleanliness. The shower was completely blocked when we arrived and so I had to unblock it. I found this disappointing as it would have been a 2 min job for a cleaner to do. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were also in need of cleaning, again this would just take a few additional minutes for a cleaner to wipe the surface. As such we ended up cleaning any kitchen items prior to use.
