    Would not stay again.

    The location was good. Near the bus stop and a section of shops.

    Washing machine stopped working and took a week to replace. The hot water and heating stooped working which was fixed quickly. The damp o. The windows and the bedroom skirting. Plates were chipped and a lack if cooking utensils. The TV was old so could not stream to watch Netflix or other channels. The TV also stopped working intermittently. You could here the neighbours walking around and shutting the doors.

    Overall a well equipped apartment to explore York, close to amenities, parking/outdoor patio.

    Great location for local amenities and nice cheery area. Good parking. East access via bus to central York

    Cleanlines, attention to detail. Hair ball on floor. Pillow slips inside out.
