Apartment nice, management horrific and dishonest, charged 315 euros extra cleaning!!

    Most things were fine

The hosts charged us an extra 315 euros for extra cleaning and a late check out. This was totally unjustified. They also sent 'evidence' including some photos of blood that were clearly fake photos. I would never ever recommend the management company, the apartment itself we were happy with. I feel completely scammed of the deposit.
