    Good rental company, excellent location and communication

    Very impressed with rent my house. When we arrived at apartment 3, we flagged that the sofa bed was dirty and broken. The company swiftly moved us into another apartment in the building without a problem/ no additional cost. We were very grateful for their swift response.

    Dirty upon arrival but company moved us quickly into another apartment which was excellent.

    A great location.

    Location. It was central to everything we wanted to see in Hereford.

    It was cold. We could not get any of the heaters to work. The one in the lounge area did not even turn on. There was no table to eat at despite there being a well equipped kitchen.
