Non pulitissimo e non si potevano aprire le finestre piene di ragnatele e non si aprivano, lavandino del bagno piccolissimo, doccia solo con il soffione senza il doccino, moquette sporca, cattivo odore per mancanza di reciclo d’aria

Logement très correct mais défaut d’information pour y rentrer et pour les bagages, très préjudiciable !
Assez central, bien équipé, très propre
Aucune indication pour l’emplacement de la boîte à clés, cachée dans une boîte aux lettres qu’il fallait forcer. Adresse du logement différente de l’adresse effective du logement. Arrivées de nuit, nous étions 7 femmes, nous avons tournées jusqu’à trois heures du matin avant de découvrir en forçant la boite aux lettres la fameuse boîte à clés, qui n’apparaissait sur aucune photo sur booking. De plus le devant du logement était différent des photos sur booking. Nous avons failli dormir dehors ! Deuxième souci, j’avais reçu un mail m’indiquant que l’appartement devait être libéré le 11 septembre à minuit et la veille du départ il m’est demandé de libérer le logement à 10h sans aucune autre indication. Panique, nous avions des bagages et notre taxi, via booking venait nous chercher à 15h. Nous avons du envoyer trois mail pour obtenir l’indication que, dans la cour extérieure il y avait un local avec un code où nous pouvions y laisser nos bagages. Pour résumer, le logement était très bien mais le service déplorable et je suis particulièrement mécontent de ces heures d’errance et d’angoisse consécutives à un cruel manque d’information
