Heritage Collection on Boat Quay Southbridge Wing is situated in bustling areas with several bars and restaurants in the vicinity, which operate into the night. All rooms feature double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise; however, some noise may still be noticeable during bar operating hours. Guests who are very sensitive to noise should consider this before booking. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking. This property offers self-check-in only. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The location is the best if you consider MRT connectivity and food/party options!
It was well furnished, with all amenities - basic utensils with induction and water boiler, so you can make your own coffee and probably eggs, etc. There was cutlery, tissue rolls, laundry powder with laundry on floor, toiletries, equipped cupboard with iron and iron board, hangers, and a locker, not to forget the hair dryer. The view from our room was amazing!! Our app key wasn't working - but the host/team were very helpful and prompt in helping us with a temp physical access key on spot, and later helped us with the app key, all within under 30 mins of us reporting the issue!
Since the facility doesn't provide housekeeping for guests staying 7 or lesser days, probably they can add a mop or vacuum stand, as a common utility like laundry. -so guests with shorter stays can clean their suites by themselves in the worst case scenario. Being honest, its difficult to maintain the floor clean for 7 days when every day you are visiting around!

An exceptional stay made truly memorable by an incredibly caring and dedicated team.
The highlight of my stay was, without a doubt, the staff, especially the ladies on the team. They were incredibly committed to making us feel comfortable in the most caring, thoughtful, and efficient way possible. I have been travelling for more than 10 years, and I have rarely come across people who are so enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their work. I was truly impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with every detail. Their service made a real difference and absolutely deserves recognition.
Honestly, there was nothing significant that negatively affected my stay. Any small issue was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care by the staff.
