    it was even more wonderful than we imagined.

    We had a small issue during our stay. The front desk team member especially Front Office Manager Katarina Vučinič handled it professionally and with great warmth, actively responding and sorting everything out. She made our holiday truly memorable and enjoyable. Also, the hotel is grand with its private sun terrace. Breakfast is plentiful, and we are very happy with our stay overall.

    At breakfast, a few members of staff appeared tired and seemed to be in low spirits. However, they appeared more energetic when serving other European guests, which was confusing to us. Of course, they did not affect our mood.

    Staff were lovely 😍 Rooms nice and clean Staff were very helpful.

    Not having anywhere much to walk too Having all the people come off the boats in crowds, Felt quite invasive. Would be helpful for hotel to number the tables. You place an order and it normally ends up being put on someone else's table or doesn't arrive at all. One evening a wedding kept us awake.
