Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found. Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

החדר היה עם מרפסת לכיוון האגם
החדר שהוזמן היה חדר עם נוף לאגם והבנו מהקבלה שהיה בבנין המרכזי של המלון בהיגענו לשם נתברר שהמלון מורכב משלושה בניינים שכל אחד לא שייך לשני ושהחדר שלנו תפוס ולא ניתן לתת לנו אותו הבחור בקבלה הזמין את המנהל והתחיל לשכנע אותנו שאין ברירה אלא לקחת חדר בבניין השלישי במרחק הליכה של עשר דקות מהבניין המרכזי בנוסף לעלות לחדר היה כרוך בתיפוס ובעליה בשלושים מדרגות מה עוד שבחדר יש עוד שלוש מדרגות לעלות לחדר האמבטיה לא התחשבו שלבעלי בן 66 ושבאנו לחגוג יום הולדת שלו והוא עם בעיות בברכיים וקשה לו לעלות מדרגות הצוות היה קשוח וללא מוכנות לעזור , אכזבה
