  Absolutely not worth the price I was charged; this is not a high end resort.

  Location

  For the amount of money I paid, I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. I booked through Booking.com and was assigned the Pine Cottage. Check-in itself was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of what I would expect from a property presenting itself as an upscale resort. The cottage was simply not in the condition I would expect at this price point. There was a strange smell when we entered, the bathroom was not particularly well maintained, and I have attached a photo of the condition of the tub. Ceiling panels appeared to be coming loose in places, some lamps were not working, and the ironing board provided was almost comically small. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. Another major issue was the secondary room that my two adult sons used. The room was extremely small and congested, with no fan or adequate air circulation. I had to specifically ask the front desk for a fan. More importantly, the beds were extremely uncomfortable—to the point that both of my sons experienced backaches after sleeping on them. This was particularly disappointing because the cottage was presented as suitable accommodation for four adults. In my opinion, the secondary room was simply not appropriate or comfortable for two grown adults and should not be positioned as such. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort restaurant was even worse. It was by far the most disappointing meal we had during our trip. We took only a few bites before deciding not to finish our food, yet still paid over $100. Even the Coke we were served was flat. When we politely pointed this out, rather than simply replacing it, the server made us feel as though our complaint was being questioned. However, it was eventually replaced with a new Coke from a can. Overall, both the food and service were extremely disappointing. The property’s biggest advantage is its beautiful location next to the ocean.

  Good stay but bad ending

  Location and Tesla charger

  They charged me extra $200 with no explanation. I tried to call and discuss, but no one answers. terrible service. I intend to dispute the extra charges,

  Beautiful views and very comfortable rooms.

  Room 7 was huge for two people and had an excellent view. The property is beautiful and a great place to walk around.

  Room was connected to other apartments on both sides. One of the two nights, we heard the family next store. it was fine, but it just felt a little less private. Breakfast was a buffet. It was good, and definitely convenient (and the view, of course!) but a light on healthier options. Restaurant for dinner was just okay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay--very comfortable, with wonderful views, staff, and great areas to walk around. I would definitely return and bring our family.
