  There is potential

  -Courtyard design was nice. -Breakfast on the terrace was nice. -Polite staff. -Cute kitty roaming around the riad.

  - Linen and towels (especially towels) stained. All of the towels we were given during our stay, although washed, had some stains. - Room cleanliness was not spotless unfortunately. Especially considering the presence of carpets and rugs in the room, they felt dirty when stepping on them. Found some hair and dust here and there. - Bathroom installations to be improved: the sink pipe covered just by a cardboard, silicone around the toilet not well maintained, shower pipe leaking in one spot. Air vent full of dust. - Although the staff did meet our requests, it seemed like they sometimes did not pay full attention and we had to repeat. Had to repeatedly ask for more towels and/or bathmats because the request was not satisfied at first. No big deal but can be improved. - Thermos for coffee and milk at breakfast not thoroughly cleaned. Also, I would recommend replacing them with nicer “Moroccan style” rather than plain plastic/metal ones. The overall aesthetic of breakfast service is nice but the thermos ruin it. Also, I would recommend adding the Moroccan tea option. - Little privacy in the room as it faced directly the courtyard/pool/reception with the only window in front of the bed. -Room doors very low. -Little ventilation in the room, it felt humid.

  Great stay with exceptional staff and fantastic food ​The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the outstanding staff — they made our stay truly memorable. The lobby is beautiful, colorful, and full of local character. We also loved the food; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious with a great variety. ​

  The only downsides were the high humidity in the room and the noise levels from outside, as the sound insulation could be better. Overall, a lovely hotel with wonderful hospitality!

  UN RINCON DE PAZ DONDE RECUPERARSE

  Me gusto la ubicación en el centro de la Medina, en una calle discreta , tranquilidad absoluta, el desayuno en la terraza y la zona de estar en el rooftop son lugares donde encontrarse, o disfrutar de intimidad y calma-

  único inconveniente es llegamos super tarde por culpa de los retrasos de los aviones y no sabíamos que las puertas de la Medina cierran a ciertas horas de la noche y sabiamos como acceder pero la amabilidad y disponibilidad de un motorista nos llevaron en el sitio
