It was fun and a memorable stay, much recommended for families with kids!
It’s huge, neat, well maintained, clean pools and right at beach front. Balconies have such nice view.
The property is quite huge, and the lifts were located quite far from our rooms, making it inconvenient to move around, especially with children. I would strongly recommend adding more lifts or improving lift accessibility across the property. Another concern was the checkout experience, which took some time. During this period, all four families, each accompanied by a child, were waiting near the reception. When the children asked for some juice, the staff member politely declined to serve it, explaining that it was strictly available only for guests checking in and not for those checking out. I do not blame the staff member, as she was likely following the property’s instructions. However, refusing such a small request, especially when young children were waiting during a delayed checkout, felt disappointing. For a property of such a prestigious standard, I believe a little flexibility, warmth, and guest-friendly service would go a long way in creating a better overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and considers improving both lift accessibility and the checkout experience for families.
