Lovely ancient factory, the facilities are original and you can see old machines used at the time for tea production. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very peaceful atmosphere and options of activities like tea picking and tea tasting
There is a little bit of noise in the morning which lay disturb those who are not early risers

A beautiful and memorable stay with wonderful food, experiences and staff.
Our stay was fabulous in every respect. The walking tour was a real highlight, the restaurant was beautiful, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The staff were all lovely, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The only disappointment was the limited tea experience at dinner. Given that we were staying at a tea plantation with its own factory, we had expected a wider selection of teas to enjoy and explore. When we asked about the options, the information was rather vague, which felt like a missed opportunity to showcase the wonderful teas produced there. The constant requests for Google reviews were also excessive and unnecessary. The staff were doing such a wonderful job that the service really should have been allowed to speak for itself. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with just a couple of small areas that could be improved.
The staff were all amazing, and the service itself was excellent. However, the constant requests for Google reviews became a little frustrating. It felt as though staff were being encouraged to ask by management, which is a shame because they were genuinely doing a fantastic job. My suggestion would be to let the quality of the service speak for itself rather than putting pressure on staff to request reviews.

Fabulous stay in a room with stunning views
The views from our room were stunning and the room and facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant food was fabulous.
We hadn’t been informed about the tea demonstrations so unfortunately missed them which was a shame
