I gather the owners of the whole complex are not renewing leases so maintenance is not happening.

    location

kitchen not well equipped. Bathroom in need of a revamp. mold on grouting and the ceiling. no extractor fan, for steam window.

Centrally located. Beautiful 360 degree views from the roof top.

There was a strong cleaning chemical smell in the apartment when we first arrived. The pillows could do with updating.

Pleasant stay and great value for money

    Location

When the property is closed up while out, the freshener on top of the kitchen shelves leaves a horrible toilet smell to the room
