  We had a lovely stay at the beautiful Hermitage apartment. The entire staff was terrific.

  I had the electronic key but did not have internet (wifi) on the street). Carri was in the residence to help us access the apartment and was wonderful from the minute we met her. She is an asset to the organization. She was able to obtain a physical key for our stay so we wouldn't be worried about being locked out. Bernardo was also very helpful through every communication through booking process and helping us with transportation. The support from them was stellar. The views of the area from the windows was also delightful.

  The property is located in a restricted area, so ordinary Ubers are not allowed. We are physically fit, so was OK for us, but people with mobility issues or unable to move bags through the streets would find this place difficult to reach, and difficult to access a safe place for departure. It would be great to have a golf-cart type of vehicle help people access/exit the apartment to obtain car service.

  Gorgeous, quiet and special.

  The location felt truly special without being forced or over the top. Decor was simple but worked with the location.

  Needing to be dropped off down the hill was rough, but recognize the owners can’t do anything about protecting the streets around the property. Wish I would have booked an airport drop off that could have taken us to the nearby alley.
