    Preis-Leistung absolut okay. Sauber, funktional, zentral, geräumig, freundlich.

    Lage zentral, 10 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Es ist weitaus ruhiger, als es die Straße vermuten lässt. Parkplatz am Haus. Sehr geräumige Unterkunft! In der von uns gemieteten (Erdgeschoss-)Wohung gibt es einen abgeteilten Schlafraum mit einem Bett und ansonsten mehrere Einzelbetten, von denen 4 in einem Durchgangsraum stehen (Durchgang zu Bad/Küche). Das könnte jemanden enttäuschen, der getrennte Räume erwartet, und es hat auf den ersten Blick einen Hauch von Jugendherbergs-Charme, aber wir kamen damit prima klar. Durch die Anordnung der Betten in Nischen war es ganz gemütlich und gab etwas Privatsphäre für jeden. Die von uns gemietete Wohnung hatte als "Terrasse" eine Außen-Sitzgelegenheit zwischen Eingang, Garage + Parkpatz - nicht idyllisch, aber von der Straße nicht einsehbar und somit gut geschützt. Es gibt zusätzlich sogar noch einen (rauchfreien) Innenhof zum Sitzen draußen. Man kann sich sehr gut verteilen, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, ausreichend und nicht überladen. Für unseren Bedarf war alles in Ordnung!
