    La posizione rispetto al centro. Ristorante e locali a pochi passi. Una ottima colazione dolce e salato per soddisfare ogni esigenza.

    La vicinanza con la via della movida richiederebbe una migliore insonorizzate delle finestra troppo vecchie per fermare il rumore che prosegue sino all'alba.
