    Easy , clean, nice atmosphere

    There is an extremely dangerously low window sill that opens with a c. 5m+ drop. A person could easily fall out and die. This appears to breach the Building Code and applicable regulations.

    Great last minute place to book a comfortable stay after cycling.

    This is a lovely property, pretty facade, parking, spacious, lots of games for children, and travel and recipe books to flick through.

    I have messaged the hosts directly about small stuff. Overall, a spacious comfortable property.

    A great property to get away and relax in the Warburton region.

    A perfect stay for our family, including kids. All of the little touches were in place and the property is very well kept and clean. We'd love to stay again next time we are in the Warburton area.

    Nothing really to fault.

    The house was thoughtfully set up with everything you could need for a stay. Comfortable and gorgeous styling. The surrounding area was just beautiful and we got to see the resident Kookaburra and wombat which was awesome.

    The only issue we had was no baby gate on the staircase. With a rambunctious 1.5 year old it was very stressful and I couldn't fully relax.
