  Close to the sea but invaded by insects

  The apartment itself is quite spacious and functional, with two rooms and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utilities. There is even a small but functional indoor gym. At around €50 per night, I expected a comfortable stay, and in terms of layout and facilities, it was acceptable.

  However, there were several issues that significantly affected my experience. The main problem was the presence of multiple types of insects in both the kitchen and bathroom. I noticed them already on the first evening of check-in, before even unpacking. When I reported this to management, they politely suggested it might be due to food I had left out, which was frustrating since the issue was clearly present beforehand and it makes no sense for those insects that were visible in the bathroom sink. They did arrange cleaning, but unfortunately this did not solve the problem—the insects remained, even getting into my bags and cosmetic items. Additionally, the balcony was very dirty and overlooked a construction site. Work there starts very early (around 5am), so instead of a relaxing atmosphere, you are woken up by noise every morning. Overall, while the apartment has potential, the hygiene issues and noise made the stay far less enjoyable than expected for the price. You can find a better place for lower price.

  Spacious apartment close to the beach

  Spacious, clean apartment with a beautiful and large balcony. It had a smart TV, well-functioning air conditioning, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a good shower. The location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get a Grab. We were well taken care of during our stay, and they were able to clean the room when I requested it (even in the afternoon). It’s close to the beach, and you can even walk to My Khe Beach (just over 20 minutes).

  It didn’t bother us much, but it would be better if the room had blackout curtains and the bathroom had a shower enclosure.

  căn hộ sạch sẽ, trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ nấu ăn. các bạn nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ mình nhiều thứ. mình có trải nghiệm tốt khi ở tại HH Residence, sẽ quay lại khi mình có dịp đến Đà Nẵng
