Mixed communication from management. Jacuzzi out of order.

Clean. Comfortable bed but felt and heard every move. Jacuzzi OUT OF ORDER sign and knobs removed. Cancellation policy, lose 50% money. After reserving, got voicemail stating had 48 hours to send photo of self holding ID or they would cancel. Next day, got text to send ID by noon (less than 24 hrs) or they would cancel. No pool passes on arrival. On 4th day of stay Jack Mtn Rental Co. dropped off 2 pool passes for 4 people. No discount for no jacuzzi. Small shower. WILL NOT RETURN. ***UPDATE: After this review, management refunded $150 due to our inconvenience.

False advertisement on Jacuzzi that was out of order. Bed creaked. Shower small. No pool passes, but sign saying would charge $50 if missing and then waited 4 days for them to drop off 2 passes for a condo rented for 4 people. No discount for Jacuzzi and could not cancel because they would keep money. Received mixed massages from 3 sources - booking.com, VTrips, and Jackson Mountain Rentals. Will not return! ***UPDATE: After this review, management refunded $150 due to our inconvenience.
