Please note that Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorization upon check in. Please note that cot rental is AUD $50 per week. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028. We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests. However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us. Please consider these works when making your reservation with us.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     exactly what we wanted - quiet, relaxing weekend

    The location is good, the facilities are good. The view was great from the balcony. We stayed in an unrenovated apartment so it was looking its age but it was clean and spacious and quiet.

    There were small things not included that I thought would have been included with an apartment with a full kitchen. Things like tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil - just things you need a little bit of but don't want to purchase the full thing for a few nights stay.

    Wonderful view but an empty, sparsely apartment with only the very bare minimum provided.

    The view was amazing, nice pools.

    The apartment was very sparse, just the very bare minimum of everything - only one blanket and 2 pillows per bed, no bedside lamps, no drying rack, no bag in the rubbish bin, nothing on the walls. Very large, echoey and cold.
