Cockroach infestation. We had paid for 5 nights, left after the first.

Great location, great to have the golf cart. Wouldn’t stay in this particular apartment again.
Great location and a nice pool for the kids. Also the golf buggy being included is great!
It was quite dirty on arrival, mouldy cushions, dirty tea towels folded and put away, floors dirty. And the bedding didn’t have that clean feeling as you expect for a unit on Hamilton Island especially for the price you pay. Silly me didn’t let anyone know on check in because we didn’t want the hassle for us and kids of someone coming through to inspect and clean it or have to move rooms so we just tolerated it. Lesson learned.
