    Annalisa is very helpful, accommodating and friendly, room was so beautiful and clean.

    Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Loved the Venetian touches. Super location to central Venice around Mark’s square. Very quiet and peaceful.

    Annalisa is amazing, attentive and careful. The location is superb and hard to beat The kitchen was really useful for the stay. Despite being in the center with crowds, the soundisolation of windows is perfect - with the closed windows its really quite

    As I prefer to sleep with open windows, the central location was a bit of a problem, as the noise starts at around 6 am - but again, at that time I closed the windows and the problem was solved

    Lovely place and o would stay here again, very safe area and close to the grand canal and lots of shopping and restauran

    Centrally located and nice layout. The bedroom and bathroom are private and the kitchen is shared with two other rooms, we didn’t see anyone while we were there

    It is a small space and tight staircase to the room
