    A peaceful and relaxing stay with wonderful staff, a beautiful villa and excellent service.

    The villa was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always kind, attentive and helpful. We especially loved the WhatsApp service, which made it so easy to contact the team whenever we needed anything. They also prepared a lovely little surprise for my wife’s birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch. The spa was excellent and incredibly relaxing, definitely something I would recommend. We only stayed two nights and, looking back, we would happily have stayed longer and enjoyed the villa and pool even more.

    The location is a little away from shops, restaurants and places you can easily walk to, although it was manageable with taxis. Breakfast was good but the service could sometimes be a little slow. A few areas of the property could also benefit from some refreshing or updating, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

    Best hotel experience in Uluwatu/Pecatu!

    The hotel was very beautiful, and our villa was perfect. Staff was the best ever! Food at Hidden Gem at restaurant was also delicious.

    No complaints at all.
