  Floor plan of house was great.

  Inside house was very dusty, moths everywhere. Ensuite shower floods so you had to use other bathroom. Fridge and coffee machine leaks so you are cleaning water up daily. No inside rubbish bags upon arrival. Outside house was terrible, webs every where, outside table wasn't clean, all windows outside very dirty and webs every where .

  We came for a wedding. The house was amazing I would highly recommend for a family. It was a quick and easy drive to Vin

  It was extremely clean. It had a great facilities in terms of beds, washing machine ,dryer, clothes line, coffee machine,basketball hoop, sports box, games, books. It got sun all day. Walk to the beach and little group of shops with IGA

  No nearby restaurants. Uber eats also wasn’t available.

  The house is very well set up. It is in a great location, very close to shops but about 10mins walk to beach. It's has everything you need supplied including fire wood.

  The ensuite bathroom was not properly cleaned. The main bathroom shower could not be used due to broken tiles in the shower. The internet was non existent. Having said that I would recommend the house to stay, it is a great escape.

  Disappointed! Has so much potential

  The space was good. The orchard was lovely. The bed was comfortable (once cleaned) We arrived at 8pm after a 12 hour drive from Melbourne and walked into a space that had not been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. Bed a mess, dirty towels all over the bathroom floor, dishes in the sink, ants all over the sugar/tea, rubbish in the bins etc etc. We understand that this was somehow missed by the management but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the house was really disappointing. There’s stacks of toys everywhere, hairs in the ‘clean’ bedding, mould over the doors, holes in the security doors, crumbs and dirt In the cupboards, grout all over the shower. Honestly, I could go on. It’s such a shame, the space really is unique and could be so much better just needs some serious cleaning/updating. I must shout out to Tori who came out to us at past 10pm to bring us bedding and towels so we could at least sleep. She also arranged a refund for the first night and cleaning fee but I do wonder if this was mostly done because of the amount of times I followed up over 3 days? Overall pretty disappointed honestly.

  Superb

  Comfortable accommodation, great location. Spacious main bedroom and ensuite; comfy king bed. Kitchen well equipped. Good laundry. Securely enclosed allowing my 2 dogs to run freely. Helpful and friendly support from agent.

  Bathroom floor tiles in both bathrooms coming loose from grout failing. Air conditioner could use a wipe down.
