    Convenient to town. Super friendly & helpful manager (Amber). Access to kitchen facilities. Ample towels & amenities.

    A/C window unit was right next to bed & very loud. Property is historic, so the room (adjacent to main house) was a bit small & musty smelling. Jacuzzi tub was a bit challenging to get in and out of.

    Understandably “old,” but just not a good value at all.

    Hostess was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

    A lot of cosmetic neglect, and some potentially dangerous issues—stair bannister, uneven floor of porch, others. Breakfast was fine but very minimal. Very small breakfast room so ate on deck; pretty warm. Just not a great value.

    Great place to stay while visiting Eureka Springs. Close to downtown. Breakfast was great too

    Cozy. Had historic charm.

    Excellent

    Such a cute cottage. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing. Good location close to town. Bed was very comfortable. Great value that beat some of the hotels.
