Guests will be charged the first night from the supplied credit card at the time of booking. Guest will receive a welcome email 48 hours prior to arrival with directions and check in instructions. Chalets are available for check in only after 3:00 PM. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. There is no reception at the retreat however guests may contact staff for assistance for any urgent request via the telephone or if non urgent email. A service fee of 1.95% will be charged for cancellations.Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    We loved the large windows which were very clean, almost like there's no windows giving a sense of sitting outside. Loved the large spa bath, we spent 4 hours in during sunset. Loved the location and serenity. Loved there were big speakers we could play our music though. Loved the indoor shower overlooking the bush. Loved the lights in the trees that lit up the outside when you sat inside.

    The first night we stayed we woke up to a massive ant infestation in the kitchen. It got into all our dry food which we had to throw. The fridge isn't big enough to put everything in. The response from. The host was "its a forrest stay, there's always going to be issues" The 2nd night we had little to no sleep, we had what we thought were mice running back and forth right above our heads from the bed bulk head. The host said this was not mice and they were phascogales. Whilst they know about them and have made attempts to find where they're getting in, they don't like to disturb them as they are rare. Whilst I understand this, paying $600/night to not sleep was not the best feeling. The internet is no good, they warn you it comes down to how many people are using it. Though it signed us out every minute or two tho whole weekend making it hard to make any plans. Would be nice to have fairy light or some soft lights in bath area a sits very dark at night. There were lots of mice dropping on the BBQ which we had to clean before using it.

    Loved our stay! Beautiful, peaceful and the perfect relaxing getaway in the bush.

    Loved our stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. It was so peaceful and relaxing being surrounded by the bush. We had the perfect time away.

    Not sure if the spa bath jetts worked, didnt stay on long.
