    There is room for improvement

    The view of the mountain from the room is stunning. And, Thank you so much for the anniversary cake.

    The balcony restaurant wasn’t open at all. The swimming pool water was rather cloudy.

    An amazing choice in Ella

    The location of this hotel is stunning, with views to the mountains, you can even spot monkeys jumping around. The whole building structure makes you feel you’re part of the impressive landscape. Everybody serving at the restaurant was lovely and they have such a huge selection of food, the room has a good side, as well as the bathroom.

    Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience

    We didn't like anything!

    Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience We booked a room at this hotel, only to receive a message just two hours before our arrival claiming there was a payment issue. I immediately provided a new credit card to resolve the problem. However, shortly afterward, I received another message informing me that the room was no longer available. As a result, I found myself stranded with two children, without accommodation, just hours before we were supposed to check in. This was an extremely stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. A confirmed reservation should mean something, especially when traveling with children. The hotel's handling of this situation was completely unprofessional and showed a shocking lack of responsibility toward its guests. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property.
