    Lovely lodge to stay in, the bedrooms, the views, everything. An added bonus that a Christmas tree was up for us when we arrived which the kids were very happy about as santa had somewhere to leave their presents. Everything we needed was there, very well thought out by the owners. Brilliant stay and would certainly stay again as well as recommend others too.

    Fab stay!

    Lovely location and presented throughout. Would absolutely come again. Great communication with the owner. Tiny little bits that made it lovely at the property - unsure if the owner put them in or previous guests - oil, bubbles, etc. We used to come as kids, so we were pleased to find that the site was very well kept considering how old it is.

    I felt the staff at the restaurant could have been more friendly, but this did not impact our stay. We had one minor issue, but this was quickly resolved and mitigated. Potentially, bug nets over windows would be a lovely improvement as we had to fight out a couple of bugs - mainly because the weather was so hot, so we had them open a lot.
