A Mountain Room With a View near Ambleside
Fabulous stay wonderful Mountain View room - really comfortable 'home from home' and a spectacular view from all the windows. Wonderful ensuite shower room with underfloor heating very cosy. Everything was provided in the room for your comfort with fridge/hospitality tray for a lovely cuppa while relaxing. Breakfast was cooked beautifully with dining-room views overlooking the countryside. Friendly and welcoming hosts who made you feel at home.
The road journey to reach the property from Ambleside or via Hawkshead but of course nothing can be done about the road you just need to take your time and be careful. Driveway on a slope so a little tricky but manageable. This is just for information as a visit to this wonderful property and the lovely hosts are more than worth the effort.

The stay was excellent in all aread
The location is fabulous for a person who is craving for a peaceful stay in a house with fabulous views ideal to check out the surrounding area with a range of food outlets close at hand The breakfast served in the hotel is of the highest quality with several options for all tastes
