    If you are looking for a peaceful home-from-home stay, this is the place for you !

    Beautiful location within easy driving distance of interesting places in England and Wales. Comfortable traditional rooms with all mod. cons., friendly helpful owner who instantly made us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast choice of high quality local food which was a treat.

    We had a fabulous break away, in a great place.

    Great location for getting out and about, close to Hay on Wye. Really warm welcome on arrival, and we were well looked after during our stay. The facilities and room were great and very clean.Fabulous choices for breakfast, the Highfield specials were delicious, thank you Libby, also the baked treats were a lovely surprise and delicious.The added bonus of watching the sheep and lambs was a delight.

    Great hosts and an exceptional breakfast

    Libby and Roddy were excellent hosts: very friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful fresh and local ingredients for a superb breakfast. We liked the farm location, particularly the lambs at this time of year and it was a quiet spot with spectacular views of the hills.
