    Lovely hotel, can’t wait to visit again.

    Great location near to town and the views from my bedroom were beautiful. Breakfast was great and staff were really friendly - thank you.

    Unfortunately I was woken up by drunk guests at 23:30 because it’s an older building and not particularly well sound proofed but this is no fault of the hotel and I can’t imagine they get a lot of party goers staying there - I was probably very unlucky!

    Perfect location and excellent breakfast.

    Great location with lovely views of lake and surrounding mountains. Just a few minutes walk from the center of Keswick. Excellent breakfast! Great parking. Would definitely return.

    Room needed some updating and a thorough clean but were comfortable.
