  The property was clean and spacious, there is off road parking, the host was very helpful, and it's in a great location!

  Lovely family stay.

  The house was lovely. Clean comfortable & beautifully furnished & decorated. Everything was provided that we needed for our stay & there was plenty of room including the back garden which we made use of to chill out after busy days. Good location too, a short walk into town for the shops & also to the beach & seafront. Pubs & restaurants also a short walk away. Regular bus service into town from the bus stop a few yards from the house. Off road parking for cars if needed. Good communication from the hosts prior to our stay as well. Would highly recommend & look forward to returning again in the future.

  We were allowed to check in earlier. It was a nice walking distance to the beach. The pictures online looked very nice but it does look different in person. The upstairs bathroom is very nice. The kitchen has plenty of fridge and freezer space.

  Unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay and I can’t agree with people when they say it’s clean. The oven hadn’t been cleaned for when we got there and there was something spilled in the bottom. There were bits all in the middle of the oven and the door. The trays weren’t clean. The walls have been coloured on with white pencil and they looking to have mud or something over them ? The kitchen units had coffee spilled all down them and down the skirting board. The skirting boards haven’t been cleaned in ages. There is a shortage of little blankets/ throws for comfort, one towel per person for a 4 days stay? No access to spare bedding incase of emergencies. 2 of us ended up being poorly while staying here and I’m very rarely poorly. We’re beginning to question if it’s due to poor cleaning. This brings me to my point of having no access to spare bedding, my niece was throwing up, we had to change the sheets which had a pee stain on by the way - this should of been thrown and replaced ! We washed the sheets but had no access to any sheets or duvets because they are padlocked away as well as spare towels. The kitchen is not very kitted out when it comes to cups or plates for children, trays/ dishes for the oven. The garden needs updating, the chairs are so old and missing slats, the beds are very hard - everyone is hurting from them. The windows in the front room had finger prints and smears all over the windows on the first day we arrived. I suggest if you, the owners, do not live near to check the cleaners work every now and then you hire another. I’m hoping to bring this to your attention incase you are unaware because I wouldn’t want to be paying this cleaner for their ‘work’ or the lack of it. For £600 I definitely expected more than this and it’s disappointing to say the least. We saved up for months for this and I can honestly say I’m gutted.
