    Upon arrival, we were met by an unpleasant young man. We had an apartment on the third floor, and he could see that, given our age, we would struggle to climb the stairs. When we asked if someone could help us with our luggage, he said there was no one available to do so and walked away. Fortunately, other guests helped us.

    Awful, stressful and exhausting

    It was clean

    It was not on the ground floor and not like the pictures presented at all. What more it was up 7 flights of stairs - very difficult for two disabled people.
