    Every member of the staff I encountered went above to address and correct the few issues I had during check in. They were more than helpful whenever I had a need. Thanks to Mr. James and the rest of the staff for taking care of me.

    Viel Lärm um nichts

    Der 24 h- check-ib- Service, den wir bräuchten, weil wir spät abends angereist

    Wir hatten das Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht als Startpunkt für unsere Safari. da wir machts angekommen sind. Wir schienen gerade die einzigen europäischen Gäste. Somit war das Personal nicht so motiviert.Das Hotel befindet sich in Umbaumaßnahmen, was es auch dringend nötig hat. So wurde der einzige Lift zum Transport von Sand benutzt. Dementsprechend sah es aus. Wir hatten auch kleine Bewohner im Zimmer. Der Pool war wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Viel baulicher Lärm im Gebäude. Die Lage ist für weiße Europäer nicht die beste. Hier fällt man definitiv auf im ärmlichen Viertel von Nairobi. Wir haben das Hotel nach Eintritt der Dunkelheit nicht verlassen

    We left our bag in the room during the breakfast and someone opened it and stole $200 USD so be careful when leaving stuff in this hotel
