Amazing
Erik, the host, is really friendly and happy to help! He drove me to and from the national park, and lent me a pair of binoculars and a jacket for the hike. I was allowed to use the private kitchen in an unoccupied flat, and I was also allowed to work out in his gym next door. He also gave me lots of other helpful tips for the rest of my trip and my stay in Amecameca, and was always very patient and friendly (even with my poor Spanish!). I can highly recommend it!

El concepto de alojamiento
Los cuartos estaban algo sucios, considero que sería bueno incluir teles en los cuartos y una cortina blackout en el cuarto qué está enfrente del alumbrado público.

We stayed here for easy access to hikes, and in that regard, it met our expectations. It's not too far from the centro area (10-ish min walk) for easy access to restaurants. It's about a 20 min walk from the main bus terminal (if you're coming from CDMX by bus). We appreciated that there was a small kitchen area we could boil water for oatmeal, but probably isn't sufficient for anything too much more complicated. There is access to a HUGE 2 story gym that looked really nice (although we didn't make use of it). Erik was really nice and let us check out an hour late so we could shower after our hike and before getting on the bus back to CDMX.
The walls are thin, and the music at the gym is loud, during all hours the gym is open, which means early until late most days (it does close at 2pm on Saturdays I believe), and we could also hear phone conversations from other guests until late (they weren't being loud, just a normal talking voice carried). The hallway light is motion censor, and the window faces the hallway, without curtains, which meant we could set it off from inside our room, and anytime someone walked by, it was set off - and really bright.

Pésima estancia
Nada no cumplen con lo publicado
Colchones con resortes sobresalientes cuartos super pequeños, el baño no tenía bien la salida del agua y se inundó todo el baño
