    Please note we arrived in the evening. having a censor light to come on would have greatly assisted entering the code into the key box. and on entering the door with the key throughout our stay.

    Disappointed and frustrated. Hosts and emergency contact not helpful.

    Daylesford is a lovely location! Such a beautiful area with cozy cafes, restaurants and little things to do. The accomodation was in a great spot for adventuring all parts of beautiful Daylesford.

    Unfortunately, our stay started with a live bat becoming trapped in our room. Despite being assured that someone would attend to the issue, no assistance was provided, leaving us to deal with the situation ourselves. After a 12-hour drive from Sydney, it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find bat droppings and remnants in the room, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. With no alternative accommodation offered due to the property being fully booked over a public holiday, we were left with no choice but to spend the night sleeping in our car.
