Very spacious and comfortable
Need to work on the lift especially if you have elderly people staying there

Very good
Sun shines directly on the flat from dawn till late afternoon. There's a lot of glass, so it gets very, very, warm on a sunny day. Perhaps an awning might help? Airco clearly not feasible given power cuts. Otherwise extremely good.
