    Dům na kraji obytné zóny, ideální výchozí bod pro výlety, snadné parkování, vše dostupné a vybavené

    Ubytování mělo ideální polohu uprostřed ostrova, výhled z oken na západ i východ fungoval lépe než předpověď počasí:) Kuchyně byla perfektně vybavena, byt byl prostorný, dvě koupelny bezva bonus.

    Location was good and peaceful

    Kitchen utensils like frying pans were really in a bad shape. Balcony door could not be locked at all.

    The apartment is conveniently located for exploring São Miguel, with most attractions within an easy drive. We also enjoyed the open view towards the ocean and the surrounding green hills. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a stay, including air conditioning. Overall, the apartment offers a good base for exploring the island thanks to its location and view.

    Our overall experience fell short of expectations. The apartment appears considerably more worn than the listing photos suggest. While it is functional, many fixtures show significant signs of age, and several surfaces, windows and kitchen areas were not cleaned to the standard we expected on arrival. The host did arrange an additional cleaning after we reported our concerns, which we appreciated. Another issue was the lack of sound insulation. Noise from neighbouring apartments—including conversations, showers and toilets flushing—was clearly audible. As the neighbouring apartments were often active late at night, we did not sleep well during our stay.
