Amazing studio with breakfast
Host is fabulous - very organised, kind/generous and responsive. Easy self check-in and check out. Place was spotless, well decorated and so organised. Even though it is a small studio it had everything we need and we travelled with a dog and a 6mo baby! Cot for baby not available but there is plenty of space to bring your own. Great to see some lovely ecologic/sustainable cleaning products lying around the house, given nowadays world issues it is good to see some sustainability effort! Plenty of free parking. Lovely local shops and cafes nearby. Emma, the host/owner left us a great breakfast, loads of snacks (including vegetarian and gluten free options!) and a fan given we caught a heatwave.
Not much to say really...still exceeded our expectations. Shower was small but expected given it is a small apartment. Photos are very genuine to the reality. Access via steps is tricky with pram but this was very clear in the description and understanding given the type of building. Hawick is quite basic but nice spot for relaxing or as a base for hiking the area. Would recommend visiting the local park and museum!

Lovely little flat, nice location and generous breakfast
This was a great find in the very nice town of Hawick. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Emma was a great host, the lockbox worked fine and the breakfast items and snacks she left us were lovely - much appreciated! It's a busy street for parking but we always found a spot. Walking distance from the town centre.

Nice, peaceful in a good location for sightseeing and generally relaxing.
The host kept in touch and shared the code so the keys were easy to obtain. The house was also easy to locate thanks to detailed directions provided by the host.
The beds were a little softer than I would have liked but I genuinely can't fault anything. Little details are all taken care off and it felt like a really cosy, homely place.
