Unfortunately this was not a hotel or 4 star. It was an air B&B at best. One room and bathroom-good
Unusual unexpected to be delivered in hamper. Not the quality expected.
Breakfast buns poor quality and rubber toast. Had to use tea making facilities of the bedroom. Not a hotel standard or expectation on booking. ie reception and registration. Hosts not at home on arrival. Entry instructions sent by text when telephones. Overall this was not an unpleasant stay but it was not what we booked and is misleading so you need to know.
