We have stayed here several times with our family and have always had a wonderful experience. The host, Conrad, is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is exceptional if you are visiting Hobbiton—it is so convenient while still being set in a beautiful, peaceful country setting. We love the surroundings and the welcoming atmosphere, and it has become a place we are happy to return to with our family. Highly recommended!

Warm, welcoming and perfectly located for Hobbiton
Great location for Hobbiton. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and having the fire going when we arrived was such a nice touch. Comfy beds and electric blankets made it warm and cosy.
