    Perfect family (+dogs) get away!

    What a beautiful cosy house! The property is stunning with magnificent views and lots of wildlife. The heating was brilliant and had all the facilities we needed.

    Our first mountain escape, very enjoyable.

    The secluded location, the views, plenty of fire wood and alternative heating options, spotting deer and koalas, fully fitted kitchen with everything needed to cook, fast access to Apollo Bay.

    Each time we used the oven the power went off to the rear of the house, easily fixed though inconvenient. Absence of a dryer and only a very small clothes airer was troublesome for a family of 5 over the course of a week. We came prepared with biodegradable bags for septic tank toilet, but if I hadn’t thought to, the inability to flush paper would have been a real inconvenience - suggest leaving a box of nappy sacks or biodegradable bags for guests?
