Overall it was disappointing.
The location to Marietta Square was good. The maintenance staff was good though we wish we did not have to meet them. The server in the breakfast buffet, Linda was very nice. The mattresses were firm.
The facility is dated. We were given the wrong room at check in. They did not have any more king beds per the manager without us upgrading so we ended up in a room with double beds though we ordered a king. The safe did not work. The door got stuck so as you had to slam it shut or use shoulder to open. The windows opened but did not close. The set up with the closet doors to the main door was bad along with the door to the bathroom. It is a poor design and dated. The maintenance crew was good and they fixed the issues but these issues should have been known by the hotel before someone used the room. You also had to move the coffee pot to an electrical outlet every time you wanted to make in room coffee as the electrical outlet location of the pot by the hotel was inaccessible.

Great location, the staff was very friendly, very clean from entering into the lobby and up to my room.
We did not get any sleep due to the 4 AM. Fire alarm going off. We had to walk down three flights of steps had to stand outside. Then, we got to wait in the lobby even longer before we could go back up to our room, so no sleep. And I had a long drive the following day. I was very tired, very irritated. That I stayed at such a nice place, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep., also, there was a little coffee maker in the room, but no coffee.packets, tired in no coffee.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff checking in was helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed. It's close to places to eat. We visited the Atlanta Aquarium during our 2 day stay. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We did get a continental breakfast and it was a little pricey but we expected that in a hotel restaurant.
