Our Stay would have been better if the bed was comfortable.
We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and customer service.
The Bed was uncomfortable for price of room per night.

I guest this is what to expect when visiting NYC
The facilities were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant’s menu selection was limited but was very tasteful. Good service here.
With the final price costing over $500 per night , I was expecting more. The room was indeed newly remodeled however the room’s coffee maker is positioned in a cramped cupboard that made it very difficult to access the controls let alone filling the units reservoir. One of the 2 elevators was out of service so the wait time was somewhat annoying. The overall experience at this facility was that of being at an upgraded motel and not a full scale hotel.

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.
We were not happy with the Urban Destination Charge fees. We were told that we could use these fees as credit towards meals, which we did. We were not aware of these fees beforehand and that we would be charged those fees for two nights, and that if we did not use those "meal" credits each day, that we would lose them. I asked the receptionist about this, and she stated that the policies were "on the website." These fees (total of $70) are a scam. We will not be staying at the Hilton-Brooklyn again, and would not recommend it to anyone because of these fees.
