L'accueil des Fidjiens et leur gentillesse est super. Par contre l'hôtel est très sale, les transats immondes, la chambre ne correspond pas au standard de propreté que l'on peut attendre d'une chaîne HILTON. La cuisine est très goûteuse. Il nous tardait de partir à cause de la propreté.
La propreté, c'est inacceptable quand on paie plus de 500 euros la nuit.

Breakfast, food, and service were very good.
We booked and paid for a room category sea view, but upon arrival, the hotel assigned us to a different room. Despite complaining immediately at the front desk, the staff refused to change our room or offer a solution (pool view was no option for us). We had no choice but to stay in the wrong room. As you can see from the attached photos, it did not match what we paid for. The construction site at the main pool was the final straw. The booking platform later had to partially refund us due to the hotel's mistake, but the hotel itself completely blocked any customer service. Zero stars for honesty and service. Do not trust their room descriptions.
